Funeral services for Paula S. Cascio are scheduled for 3 PM Saturday, May 16, 2020 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Stuckey officiating. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Mrs. Cascio, a Medical Coding worker, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 in Shreveport, LA. She was a member of Bonne Idee Assembly of God and Praiseland Worship Center. Mrs. Cascio loved hunting, fishing, and working in her yard. Two of her favorite hobbies were playing her guitar and crocheting. Halloween was her favorite holiday. She loved the Lord with all her heart.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Pruitt and husband Stephen; son, Josh Black and wife Jessica; sisters, Owana Smith, Bernadette Pickering; brothers, Mike Cascio and wife Donna, Carl Cascio, Johnny Cascio, Bart Cascio and wife Rhonda; grandchildren, Zach Black, Cody Pruitt, Michael Pruitt and Alexis Laing.
Mrs. Cascio is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Susie Cascio; and sister, Connie Thompson.
A visitation will be held Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 2 PM - 3 PM service time at Golden Funeral Home. In adherence to State and CDC recommendations social distancing is advised as well as the use of a mask. Seating will be limited to 25% of capacity on a first come, first served basis.
