Obituary of Lilbourne "Harrie" McCollough, Jr.

Memorial funeral services for Lilbourne “Harrie” McCollough, Jr. are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday, June 28, 2020, at First Baptist Church, Bastrop, with Dr. Mark Fenn officiating. Mr. McCollough, a Digital Systems, Inc. employee, and member of First Baptist Church, Bastrop, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the age of fifty-five. Harrie was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. His was a life of deep dedication to his Savior and family, as well as a faithful friend and loyal employee. Harrie was talented song writer and a master of live production, and gifted in many other areas of life. He was a man who will be missed beyond measure. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Janette McCollough; mother, Leah McCollough; daughter, Amanda “Mae” McCollough; son, Lilbourne Harrie McCollough III; sisters, LuAnne Bryan and husband Mike, Marian Riles and husband Dennis; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Mr. McCollough is preceded in death by his father, L.H. “Bro. Mac” McCollough; sisters, Leah Diane Moore and Karian Alyce Powell; and paternal and maternal grandparents.
