Obituary of Jr. Gray

Funeral services for Waymon F. Gray, Jr., age 79, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2007 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Marty Black officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 5 - 8:30 p.m. at Goldens. Mr. Gray, a retired mechanic, passed away Friday, November 22, 2007 at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler, TX. He was a resident of Ferriday, formerly of Bastrop. He is preceded in death by his father, Waymon Franklin Gray, Sr.; mother, Gladys Belle Turner Gray; sister, Marylou Varney; and grandson, Jamie Guice. He is survived by children, Judy S. Leo & husband William of Demorest, GA, Sharon Guice & husband Gary of Bastrop, Charles Wayne Gray & wife Sandra of Carthage, TX, Mary Catherine Andrews & husband Tom of Stephens, AR, Deborah R. Grant & husband Peyton of Baton Rouge, Billy Frank Gray of Carthage, TX; step-children, Joyce Norman Pesnell, Royce Norman, Alvin Norman, Donald Wayne Norman; sister, Betty Pardue of Monroe; sixteen grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
